First things first, I would focus on strengthening my own personal foundation. It's important to ask yourself some tough questions, like:

Where am I off in my personal alignment?

Where am I not in integrity with what I teach/sell and what I do in my day-to-day?

What am I making my business mean about me?

What is success in business to me (not just numbers, but feelings)?

What need am I trying to fulfill with this business

The thing about entrepreneurship is that it's a sneak attack into personal development. We start businesses because we want to create income, stability, freedom, or some other goal, but quickly we are hit with the reality that we haven't faced our own issues. Some of us don't even know who we are yet.

If you want to build your business at a quantum rate, it's crucial to meet yourself where you are and make sure that you are building a business that is in alignment with your true self. Want to make more money? Look at your money stories, not just your marketing strategy. Want more clients? Look at your capacity to serve others, not just your calls-to-action. Want to grow on social media? Look at how you build your relationships in real life.

Building a business isn't all rainbows and butterflies, but it is incredibly rewarding. And if you take the time to strengthen your own personal foundation, you'll be able to navigate the ups and downs with more grace and ease.

So, take some time to ask yourself those tough questions and really get to know yourself. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it. And remember, building a business is a journey, not a destination. Enjoy the ride!
